Here is the new schedule of classes that will be available for the upcoming Winter 2018 semester (January through the end of February). Of course, with possible snow dates to make up, we might get pushed into March in order to complete every six week class. We will expand the dates anytime we have a closure* and update the site frequently.
*ALERT!!! WINTER CLOSING POLICY: For the winter semester only, our policy is to follow Montgomery County Public School’s closing policies for inclement weather only. (If they are closed to a teacher’s day, we would then be open. Our closures are only for INCLEMENT WEATHER!!) If they are opening late, we are starting ON TIME! If you have an evening class, again we will follow MCPS’s evening class closings. Our best source for announcements on local closings is the WTOP website (wtop.com).
Location: All classes at PUMC* (Potomac United Methodist Church’s Activity Center, 9908 South Glen Road, Potomac, MD 20854.)
Tuition: After several years of remaining the same, we have now adjusted our rates to accommodate rising expenses. The good news is that the increase is less than $3 more per lesson. The new rates are: $165 for a six week class (late fee of $25 extra did not change). Drop in rate is now $35 per lesson.
